Director profile

Mr. Rajkumar Lila

Director, Lilasons Industries Limited

Professional Experience

A B.Com, LL.B. graduate, Mr. Rajkumar Lila led the setting up of the
Chatrapati Sambhajinagar brewery in 1992, taking it from land
acquisition to first production in just 15 months. He oversees capital
expenditure and long-term strategy, and has been instrumental in
building one of India’s few privately owned breweries with 500ml
and 330ml can packaging lines. He is also a trustee of Nath Valley
School and Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital.

Mr. Anil Lila

Director, Lilasons Industries Limited

Professional Experience

A Bachelor of Business Administration, Mr. Anil Lila co-led the
establishment of the Chatrapati Sambhajinagar brewery in 1992.
He manages day-to-day operations and procurement, ensuring
consistency and efficiency across the brewery. His hands-on
experience has guided Lilasons through both favourable and
challenging market cycles.

Mr. Keshav Lila

Director, Lilasons Industries Limited

Professional Experience

A B.Com graduate, Mr. Keshav Lila has been a Director since
1992 and earlier contributed to the family’s first brewery in Bhopal.
He leads raw material supply chain, working capital planning and
government liaison. He is also Chairman & Managing Director of
Maharashtra Pesticide Limited and a Director of Shakti Malt Pvt. Ltd.,
a leading supplier of brewery-grade malt.

Legacy & community

For over three decades, the Lila family has built businesses with a long-term view. Beyond brewing, the group’s
interests include Shakti Malt Pvt. Ltd. (brewery-grade malt), Lilasons Developers (residential and commercial real
estate) and earlier ventures in sponge iron and floriculture.

Through the Lilasons Charitable Trust, the family has donated fully automated ambulances to regional hospitals,
supported hospitals and schools in Aurangabad, and developed a one-kilometre jogging track across eight acres
of landscaped greenery. These efforts have been acknowledged by the Indian Army and the Police Department
stationed in the city.
